Beginning on Aug. 16, 2008, the Branding Iron Café, inside the Bonanza Casino, will unveil its new “Weekend Champagne Brunch”.
The “Weekend Champagne Brunch” will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The brunch will include featured entrees such as our Chef Carved USDA Prime Roast Beef, omelet’s made your way by our chefs, eggs benedict, sugar cured bacon and country style sausage, homemade old fashioned cheese blintzes with blueberry topping, freshly prepared corn beef hash, Belgian style waffles, Grand Marnier French toast, and fresh seasonal fruit and strawberries, among many other breakfast and lunch items. Champagne and Mimosas will be offered to all buffet customers; Shirley Temple and Roy Rodgers for children. The cost is $12.95.

Friday Night’s Buffet, “Friday Night Endless Scampi Seafood Buffet” is offered from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and features Black Tiger Shrimp Scampi sautéed in garlic, shallots, white wine, and our special seasonings, along with other featured seafood. The cost is $13.95.

The “Saturday Night All You Can Eat Prime Rib Buffet” is offered from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and features 21-Day aged Black Angus prime rib slow roasted twelve hours in our special ovens. The cost is $13.95. All Fort Reno Cavalry Members who show their card at checkout to the cashier will receive $1 off their buffet price for any buffet.

The Bonanza Casino, a family owned and operated business, first opened its doors in 1973. The casino has two restaurants, the Cactus Creek Southwestern Steakhouse and the Branding Iron Café and Buffet, which is open for dining 24/7. With eight table games including Texas Hold ‘Em, over 450 of the newest slots, Texas Hold ‘Em Bonus Poker, Million Dollar Keno and a Club Cal-Neva sports book, the Bonanza has something to offer every player.
